The people behind NHA.
Students run the day to day. Clinicians, researchers, and a board of advisors keep the work grounded and accountable.
Suhani Gupta
Suhani started NHA as a Dublin high schooler who kept running into the same gap: everyone said mental health mattered, but for people her age, real help was hard to find and harder to talk about. So she built what was missing.
Since 2023 she's grown NHA from one classroom into work that's reached tens of thousands of students, spoken from the floor of the United Nations, and been named Dublin's Young Citizen of the Year. Alongside NHA she researches ADHD screening, brain-computer interfaces, and a gene-therapy approach to Alzheimer's.
