Outreach Director

Position: Outreach Director (Volunteer)

Location: Remote

About NHA: NHA is dedicated to improving mental health and advancing neuropsychiatry through education, advocacy, and support. We strive to create a community where mental health is understood, respected, and prioritized.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outreach Director to join our team. In this volunteer role, you will be responsible for expanding the alliance of NHA by building and nurturing relationships with partners, stakeholders, and the broader community. Your efforts will be key in increasing our reach and impact, fostering collaborations, and promoting NHA’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to expand NHA’s network and partnerships.

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, including other organizations, institutions, and community groups.

  • Represent NHA at events, meetings, and conferences to promote our mission and initiatives.

  • Coordinate outreach activities and events to engage and educate the community about NHA’s work.

  • Work closely with the NHA leadership team to align outreach efforts with organizational goals.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to various audiences to raise awareness and support for NHA.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Maintain a database of contacts and track outreach activities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proven experience in outreach, community engagement, or partnership development.

  • Passion for mental health education and advocacy.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Experience in public speaking and presenting is a plus.
