About the Research
Study the correlation between physical exercise and mental health, particularly how regular physical activity influences mood, cognitive function, and emotional well-being. Participants will collect data from various groups engaged in different levels of physical activity, analyze trends, and assess the impact of exercise on mental health outcomes. The research aims to provide evidence for the role of physical activity in promoting mental health and reducing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other conditions.
