About the Research
Conduct controlled experiments to test the effectiveness of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programs on reducing stress and improving mental health outcomes. Participants will design and implement MBSR programs in diverse settings, such as schools or workplaces, and collect data on their impact on anxiety, depression, and overall well-being. This research explores how mindfulness practices can be used as a therapeutic tool for managing mental health and enhancing quality of life.
