Her academic and professional journey reflects a profound commitment to both research and community impact, with a particular focus on ADHD and dyslexia in women and their neurological and psychological implications. Elham has made significant contributions to scientific research, including reviewing manuscripts submitted for publication alongside faculty at Harvard and MIT.


In the healthcare sector, Elham has been instrumental in addressing the challenges faced by lower-income individuals in accessing equitable care. Her passion for community service is reflected in her over three years of experience as a volunteer crisis counselor, where she leverages her academic knowledge to make a tangible difference in real-world issues.
